Customize the unsubscribe page settings

Don't know which version of MailerLite you're using? Click here to find out!

Do you want your unsubscribe page to be more in line with your brand? With MailerLite, you can easily create a custom page that looks just like an extension of your website.

To create a custom unsubscribe page, head to Account settings and then click on Unsubscribe settings.

In the Unsubscribe stats tab, you can see the reasons why people unsubscribe from your mailing list. In the Unsubscribe form tab, you can edit your form to match your brand's style. To do so, click Edit content.

You'll now have 2 main options:

  • Unsubscribe from all groups (recommended): To make sure you don't risk sending an email to someone who has previously unsubscribed, we recommend removing subscribers from all groups when they unsubscribe.

  • Choose groups to unsubscribe from: Display different groups to allow your subscribers opt out of some or all the groups.

You can also choose to add a Resubscribe button, which will appear in the Success page in order for the recipient to be able to subscribe to your list. When added, a third page is automatically created, called Resubscribe. You can change the view between these 3 pages on the top navigation bar.

Under the Design settings tab, you can change the color, fonts, sizes. Click on Additional settings to for the option to display a sidebar.

To add something to the page, click the Blocks tab and drag and drop the block you want into the editor. You have the choice to add an image, text, image and content, video, newsletter archive, social links, divider, and spacer blocks.

With the up and down arrows and the six small dots that appear when you hover over a block, you can move the block to the desired position.

Of course, you can also undo any changes with the Track history feature.
